Booking Deposit

To secure your room, a deposit equivalent to 4 weeks' tariff is payable. For example, if the room is £285 per week, you will need to pay £1140 to reserve it. The preferred method of payment is online bank transfer. If this is not possible, you may pay online with any major credit or debit card. This payment confirms your booking, and we cannot hold a room without it. It is deducted from the total cost of your stay.

Further Payments

Around 4 weeks before your arrival, we will contact you regarding your upcoming payments. The next amount will be due 7 days before you arrive. At this stage, you can either pay the whole amount or split it into instalments. You may let us know your preference, but the default is instalments.

Cancellations

For arrivals in September, you may cancel and receive a refund of any monies paid up until 3pm (UK time) on 31st July. For January arrivals, the deadline is 3pm (UK time) on 30th November. In the case of cancellation, a £75 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. To cancel, you must notify us by email. Your first instalment (or full balance if you're not paying in instalments) is due 7 days before arrival. If we do not receive this payment on time, your reservation may be cancelled and no refund will be given.
