We don't have gas cooking appliances, but our heating and hot water run on a regularly serviced boiler. An annual Gas Safety Certificate is issued by a qualified engineer, ensuring everything's running smoothly and safely.
We routinely check water temperatures throughout the building to keep things within safe ranges — reducing risk of scalding and minimising the chance of bacteria like Legionella. Water is drinkable from any cold tap.
A daily site walk-through is carried out by a member of our team, who checks for any maintenance, safety, or security issues and takes any required action.
